6 weeks difference… Meg’s results 💥💥💥 Hello, Radi and Grady! I want to share the results achieved for the 6 week 15MAD program. I was looking forward to this program and now the results were not late. I started 61kg. now I am 57 kg, 5 cm from the waist and 3 cm from the hips are missing. I feel tight, I feel and see the muscles in my body. The exercises are great, stressful, tiring and at the same time I feel very charged and satisfied. Thanks for the meal plan I have the strength and desire to workout more..🤸‍♀️🏋‍♀️🤸‍♀️🏋‍♀️🤸‍♀️ I have followed different nutrition diets, but this meal plan is my favorite. I wouldn’t even say it’s a regime. I feel full all the time, and sometimes I can’t eat my portion, and I’m so happy ☺. Thank you for being a part of this! ❤ Thank you for your daily motivation! Thank you for always being there for questions!
